UNSUSTAINABLE
I want to start by saying, that originally I wanted the topic to be sustainable or sustainability.
I wanted to focus on the “good side”, the “healed side”, the solution…..but the more I felt into it, the more I realized it’s in the discovering of the unsustainable that we feel the most pain and grief.
That is the spot most of us would like to know we have someone by our side to get through.
So yes I will be teaching about both sides of these AND I will be holding a lot of space for the unsustainable parts to show up and be felt.
We hold on too long, we believe we can make it work, be stronger, be more patient, we want it so bad and we give it our all, quite literally.
We burnout.
Too long in that relationship
Too long at the job
Too long in those toxic family dynamics
Too long trying to uphold an identity
Too long in physical pain or exhaustion
So many places we can feel that it was unsustainable but to the part of us that held on until the empty, burnout it’s oh so very tender to “give up.”
I will be going into these parts more, the way our nervous system is setup to default to this automatically and the most common reasons I see it play out repeatedly across the people I’ve worked with the past decade.
AND we will begin to shift this at the root level to create a sustainable path. Not with temporary relief, numbing/avoidance or a roller coaster that lands right back in the same spot. (ie. a 1 week vacation then back to that terrible job)
Come spend the day with me Saturday, September 21st, including nature, space, time and meals. Experiencing these nourishing pieces is a big part of what will help you feel the places life can be more sustainable as you slowly and gently loosen the grip on the parts of life that are unsustainable.
We will go deep and wide to find a foundation to initiate a change this time with sustainability as part of the path forward.
I was not planning to hold another in person event until later in the year, however a date opened up at my preferred location and this topic has been surfacing everywhere for me. I do not know when I will be able to hold another event like this so wanted to take the opportunity as it arouse.
The time of year also feels perfect, as summer closes out and days begin to get shorter it is such a vivid reminder that no one season is sustainable...they have to change.

I love to create experiences for people, and I always have.
I realize now that a huge part of my love to create experiences has to do with giving people the felt sense of something they may not know how to create for themselves.
It is also a teaching tool for healing and growth.
There is a level of embodiment that happens in person when we get the ah-ha moment of feeling the changes being discussed in our body as well as our mind.
This single day event is meant for you to experience the fullness of your senses as we explore the parts of life that are unsustainable vs the sustainable ones while connecting in a beautiful place.
Please feel free to reach out by email if you have any questions.
